Courses Details

Overview

Nursing is increasingly a profession where higher qualifications are required for promotion. A Masters qualification can help you take on roles like nurse team manager and nurse consultant. Such roles will allow you to continue your professional development and make a bigger contribution to people’s health and well-being. The content of this course is based on the NHS Leadership Framework, including managing people, working within teams, making decisions, evaluating impact and facilitating transformation. You will refine and practice skills and enhance your ability to teach, mentor and manage other members of the healthcare team.
