Overview

BPP University is part of the BPP Group and is a distinct legal entity with its own degree-awarding powers. With a dedicated management team, it has a responsibility for upholding high standards of governance, educational provision, resourcing and quality assurance.

At BPP, all programmes utilise our innovative and unique learning framework, focused entirely on assessment and career success.

BPP has a range of courses that can advance career growth across a number of subject areas. These have been built by industry experts and feature various study options where available. The expertise covers learning for a number of different levels. They include apprenticeships, university courses, professional qualifications and professional development.

BPP University’s unique approach is education that is academically rigorous but also grounded in practical application that is highly relevant to our students, stakeholders and industry.

In 2020, BPP University was granted indefinite taught degree awarding powers (TDAP) under the Office for Students (OfS) new regulatory framework. The award of indefinite TDAP, which came into force on 1st September 2020 acknowledges the University’s academic integrity as a mature higher education institution with rigorous standards and academic governance.

It has around 15,000 students, studying across 13 centres, in eight locations across England and online around the world. 70% are full-time, over 84% are on postgraduate programmes.

Entry requirements

FOUNDATION YEAR

  • 5 GCSEs at grade 3, or grade D, or above, (or equivalent) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study at level 3;
  • or International Secondary School Certificate (11th grade) with transcript;
  • or Reference letter with minimuim 1 year full-time employment stating start and end dates.
    • English Language IELTS 6.0 overall (5.5 in each section);
    • or Duolingo English Test 95-100 overall (85-90 in each section).

UNDERGRADUATE

  • Level 3 BTEC Diploma // A-Levels // Foundation Degree;
  • or Titulo de Bachiler // International Baccalaureate Diploma with transcript;
    • English Language IELTS 6.0 overall (5.5 in each section);
    • or Duolingo English Test 95-100 overall (85-90 in each section).

POSTGRADUATE

  • UK Bachelor’s Degree.
  • International Bachelor’s Degree;
    • English Language IELTS 6.5 overall (6 in each section);
    • or Duolingo English Test 105-110 overall (95-100 in each section).

Location

BPP’s study centres are based in some of the UK’s key business locations. Our students learn in professional workspaces, with modern resources and the latest technology.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching continues to be delivered online and all study centres are currently closed.
